About Me
I work with people who have faced difficult experiences—anxiety that feels all-consuming, obsessions that disrupt daily life, grief that lingers, or the lasting impact of emotional neglect and abuse from childhood. Many of my clients are highly sensitive individuals who feel deeply and are attuned to their emotions, but sometimes find that sensitivity overwhelming.
Despite these challenges, choosing to seek help shows resilience and a readiness for change. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space to explore what’s happening, uncover what’s holding you back, and help you move toward the life you want.
Therapy is a process of understanding yourself, reconnecting with your strengths, and building tools to navigate life in a way that feels balanced and fulfilling. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, creating a system of care that works specifically for you.
You’ve already taken an important first step by seeking support, and I’m here to help you move forward.
